TEMPERED
The glass plate is treated in an oven at about 650 ° – 700 ° C and when it reaches the desired temperature, it is extracted from the oven and cooled very quickly to make it crystallize; this process is carried out with the aim of making the glass more resistant and rigid: tempered glass in fact has a resistance 6 times greater than normal glass.
The tempered glass is subjected to strict laboratory tests that certify its characteristics that last over time, remaining unchanged; to guarantee quality and traceability, the manufacturer’s trademark is stamped on each tempered glass.
LAMINATED
FILMED
They are obtained by applying a transparent film (on the inside because the atmospheric agents can damage it on the outside) to a tempered glass so that in case of breakage, it does not risk endangering nearby objects or people because in this case the film it will hold the various layers of glass together.
This operation can also be performed on curved glass.
TEMPERED + LAMINATED
It combines the excellent mechanical characteristics of tempered glass with those of safety guaranteed by laminated glass
CURVED
The glasses can be produced curved in order to allow greater visibility and a more pleasant aesthetic result.
SPECIAL
upon request, reflective glass, double glazing, anti-reflection glass, heat-resistant glass, water-repellent glass, low-emission glass, etc. can be supplied.
ELECTRIC SCREEN PRINTS
they can be performed on the crystals to be able to quickly defrost them in case of low temperatures. Crystals can also be produced with invisible defrosting systems thanks to the tungsten filaments.
COLORED SCREEN PRINTING
they can be performed on the crystals to make them more aesthetically pleasing.
ALL CRYSTALS can be supplied colorless or colored: parsol green, bronze, gray, etc.
